He played professional baseball for the St. Louis Cardinals and later became the Catching Coordinator for the organization. Travis also has a successful career in the financial sector, working in commercial banking at Wells Fargo and Western Alliance Bank. He then transitioned to a career in commercial real estate with NorthMarq, originating over $300 million in commercial loans.

With a background in business development and acquisitions for a mid-level investment group, Dean has worked with companies with sales between $3M and $200M. Post-acquisition, he implements processes that promote ownership, accountability, and recognition.
